CCS HCS SCS SB 765 -- INCORPORATION OF VILLAGES

This bill removes villages from a certain incorporation procedure
for cities and towns and changes the threshold number of
signatures required on a petition to incorporate from 15% of the
registered voters to 15% of the votes cast in the last
gubernatorial election in the area proposed to be incorporated.
